Samhydraulik Axial Piston Pumps
Samhydraulik pumps are available in bent axis design
and swash plate design, fixed or variable displacement, for use in open
circuit or in closed circuit. They can therefore be used in a wide range
of applications both in the Industrial and Mobile field.
Axial Piston Pumps
H1C Series
Displacement:

The H1C series pumps are bent axis, axial piston hydraulic
units with fixed displacement for operation in open circuit. H1C series
pumps are available in metric and SAE mounting configuration.

H1V Series

H1V series are a family of variable displacement
axial piston pumps, bent axis design, for operation in open circuit.
The high quality components and manufacturing techniques make possible
for these pumps to perform at maximum efficiency and long life. Versatile
design includes a variety of controls and shaft ends that will adapt the
H1V series pumps to any application both industrial and mobile. H1V
series pumps are available in both metric and SAE mounting flange
configuration.

H1V/PV Series
Displacement:
from 11.9 to 30 cm³/rev

The H1V PV pumps have been specially designed for pumping
and metering polyurethane components with viscosity in the 1-2000 cSt
range (polyoils and isocyanates). The high repeatability of the delivery
and the accuracy of the metering make the H1V PV pump
suitable for use on injection systems. The choice of the materials and
seals is aimed at considerably increasing the pump’s life compared
to other solutions currently used on these types of machines. The pump
is designed in such a way that an external flushing circuit can be provided
on the shaft seal, aimed at increasing its life; the flushing fluid doesn’t
have a preferential direction, the direction shown in the user’s
manual is purely an indication. The pump is not supplied with any hand
wheel, which must be requested separately. The H1V PV pumps
allow reaching higher casing pressures if compared with standard ones.
All units are tested using ISO VG 46 mineral oil.

SH5V Series

SH5V series are a family of variable displacement
axial piston pumps designed for operation in open circuit. These
axial piston swash plate design units can be used both
for mobile and industrial applications. A strong and proven rotating group
allows the pumps to work at high continuous and peak pressure. The pump
features patented piston sliders design, resulting in minimal leaks and
high volumetric efficiency. Controls provide high accuracy and repeatability.
SH5V pumps operate at low noise emission levels, meeting the requirements
of today's demanding industrial applications.

SH6V
Series

SH6V series are variable displacement, axial
piston pumps, with swash plate design, for closed circuit hydrostatic
transmissions and high pressure applications. SH6V series
are available in 75 and 130 cm3/rev [4.57 and 7.93 in3/rev] and with several
control devices. The pump can be supplied as single or tandem version
and with through drive options for the assembly of auxiliary gear pumps.

MD10V Series
Displacement:

MD10V series is a family of variable displacement
axial piston pumps for use in closed circuits. The displacement
is variable by means of a tilting swash plate: the oil flow can therefore
be reversed over the neutral point. Various controls are available: manual,
servocontrol lever operated, electric etc.. Each pump is provided with
a charge pump that makes up for internal leakage, maintains a positive
pressure in the main circuit and provides pressure to the control system.
All pumps have maximum pressure relief valves and can be supplied single
or tandem version. Different through drive options are available for auxiliary
pump mounting as well as a wide range of options: bypass valve, pressure
filter and others.
